Financier Patisserie represents the marriage of classic French technique and the beauty of fine art. We first opened our doors in 2002, on lower Manhattan’s historic Stone Street. Our patisserie is named for its proximity to New York City’s Financial District, along with the French almond cake traditionally baked in the shape of a gold bar.All of our delicious pastries are made fresh in our Brooklyn commissary and are delivered to our stores daily. Our coffee is roasted in Brooklyn, packaged while the beans are still warm, and shipped to our ten Manhattan stores within 24 hours of roasting, for maximum flavor and freshness. The authentically French café-environment, simple yet elegant menu and outstanding coffee quickly became a favorite in the downtown community and we began to grow throughout Manhattan. We continue to offer a complimentary “Mini-Financier” with each coffee purchase, a tradition that represents the sacred pairing of coffee and pastry and which has become our signature.
